The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in case registered under sections 224, 225, 201 of the Indian Penal Code and 25(1-b) A/26 Arms Act.

Allegation against the petitioner is only by way of vendetta by the S.I. Ranjeet Kumar with whom he has personal enmity.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that admittedly the arms were not recovered from his residence.
