JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 17-07-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Karja P.S. Case No. 122 of 2016 registered under Sections 323/354A/504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 8/12 of the POCSO Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the allegations levelled are general and omnibus in nature. Nothing specific has been alleged against this petitioner. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner no. 2 be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26497 of 2017 (3) dt.17-07-2017 within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge Icum-Special Judge, POCSO Act, Muzaffarpur in connection with Karja P.S. Case No. 122 of 2016 subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
