Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that on the joint prayer of both the parties, the matter was referred to the Patna High Court Mediation Centre, Patna, for settlement of the dispute in between the petitioner and the opposite party No. 2, who are husband and wife where petitioner and Opposite Party No.2 settled their dispute deciding to live together in terms of the memorandum of agreement dated 07.11.2017 signed by both the parties, which is the part of Mediator's reported

Since, the petitioner and Opposite Party No.2 have settled their dispute in terms of memorandum of agreement, let the petitioner in the event of his arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate- 1st, Madhubani in connection with Rahika P.S.Case No. 124 of 2016, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
