JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 31-05-2016 Let the second paragraph of the order dated 24.5.2016 be read as : 'The petitioners being the father and brother of the husband of the informant are languishing in custody since 12.4.2016 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498A/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act' and let the last paragraph of the order be read as : 'Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amout each to the satisfaction of the learned SDJM, Saran at Chapra in connection with Saran (Mahila) P.S. Case No. 41 of 2015.'
