The petitioner, Mukesh Paswan, seeks regular bail in Biddupur P.S. Case No.47 of 2012, registered under Sections 304B, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Brother of the deceased made allegation that his sister was burnt to death within three years of her marriage by her husband and other in-laws.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the deceased died due to diarrhea. The informant was informed, but later on he filed this case making false and frivolous allegation. There is no specific allegation that the deceased was burnt to death within three years of her marriage.

The petitioner is the husband. Hence, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the same

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29842 of 2014 (4) dt.07-01-2015 2/2 is rejected.

The trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same within one year from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
