JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 25-07-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 247C of 2015 registered for the offences under sections 380/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that earlier petitioner no. 1 had lodged Jakkanpur P.S. Case No. 504 of 2014 (Annexure-2) and further

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25032 of 2017 (3) dt.25-07-2017 she has filed a case under Domestic Violence Act vide D.V. Case No. 8 of 2015. The present case is counter blast of the same. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Smt. Kiran Chaturvedi, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Patna in connection with Complaint Case No. 247C of 2015 subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
