In the instant petition, petitioner has prayed for the following reliefs:- "For issuance or of an appropriate Writ order/orders direction/directions to the respondents to declare the petitioner as successful to and selected vide the examination conducted by the respondent No.2 for making appointment on the post of A.N.

M. on regular basis, the advertisement as per No.03010216 and declare her as selected, to be appointed on that very post after adding the marks of her work experience, for about 10 years, Working on that post on contract basis.

(A) For a direction to the respondents for republishing the final merit list',

Short question for consideration in the present case is whether the petitioner is entitled to marks against work experience certificate for a particular period or not?

The selecting authority invited applications from the eligible candidates for the post of ANM on regular basis on 17.02.2016 while assigning the last date as 18.03.2016. The petitioner furnishes work experience certificate from 08.12.2016 and it is beyond the last date of submission of application. Therefore, petitioner is not entitled to claim marks to be awarded for the work experience certificate. In order to seek marks to the marks experience certificate, certificate should have been prior to 18.03.2016, therefore, the petitioner has not made out a case. Hence, petition stands dismissed.
