Mr. Sahay, learned counsel for the petitioner while admitting that the prayer of the petitioner insofar as it seeks a direction to the respondents to make payment of the dues of the petitioner stands redressed. He further endeavours to submit that the delay has made the respondents liable for payment of interest. Considering the circumstances that the dues of the petitioner has since been paid, I am not persuaded to grant
