JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 23-02-2023 This criminal writ petition has been filed for the following reliefs:- (i) for issuance of an appropriate writ(s)/order(s) to restrain the official respondents officer specially officer-incharge, Hawai Adda PS, District-Patna including respondent nos. 13 and 14 from disturbing possession of the petitioners or to restrain from causing any disturbance or interference with peaceful possession in respect of property in question over which petitioners have a valid right title and interest. (ii) for issuance of direction to respondent authority specially police officials not to disturb the peaceful possession of the petitioner from house/flat no. 101 and 102 Hari Residency Apartment, illegally/forcibly or under threat.
