2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 147, 149, 447, 341, 323, 307, 354B and 379, registered in connection with Triveniganj P.S. Case No. 99 of 2019.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has falsely been implicated. The parties are family members and there is case and counter case between the parties in the backdrop of the land dispute. The petitioner claims clean antecedents.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner invites reference to the order of the learned Sessions Judge wherein the injury of Umesh Mandal attributed to the assault by the petitioner with sword, has been found to be dangerous to life.

5. Having regard to the nature of accusations and gravity of offence alleged, this Court is not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The anticipatory bail petition stands dismissed.
