ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 06-07-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Paranpur P.S. Case No. 47/2016 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 376 of the Indian Penal Code. Having heard learned counsel for the parties, it appears that the allegation against the petitioner is specific. Furthermore, on perusal of the case diary and the statement of the victim girl recorded under Section 164 of the Cr. P.C. and also the medical report, this Court comes to the conclusion that there is prima facie case against the petitioner.

Under the Circumstances, this Court is not inclined to granted anticipatory bail to this petitioner. It is, accordingly,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27033 of 2017 (2) dt.06-07-2017 P2/2 rejected.
