2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bhairavsthan P.S. Case No. 07/2021 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304(B)/201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner is the husband of the deceased. He is said to have killed his wife. He is in jail since 31.01.2023.

4. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that apart from the commitment, there is no progress in the case.

5. It has come during the investigation that the deceased had a love marriage with the petitioner and she was

6. Considering the period of custody and the fact that there is no progress in the trial, this application is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge, IV, Jhanjharpur, Madhubani/ concerned court in connection with Bhairavsthan P.S. Case No. 07/2021.
