The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Bihta P.S. case No. 704 of 2016 under Section 341, 323 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.
The informant alleged that her husband had borrowed some money from her brother-in-law (husband of her sister) and some money remained to be paid. The brother-in-law of the informant came to demand money but her husband took some time for repayment. It is alleged that on such her brother-in-law became angry and his son and other relatives came and assaulted the informant and his family members.

No.25013 of 2017 (2) dt.20-07-2017 2/2 The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are none else than son and other relatives of the brother-in-law of the informant. Some altercation took place for return of loan and on account of such the informant lodged this case.
Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioners and the fact that petitioners are none else than son and other relatives of the brother-in-law of the informant, the petitioners above named in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of this order are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Danapur, Patna in connection with Bihta P.S. case No. 704 of 2016, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
