JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 30-04-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 409/420/468/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is alleged that the petitioner purchased solar light @ Rs.27200/-against the prescribed price by BREDA i.e. Rs.26915/-. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the purchase was made after approval of Aam Samity of Gram Panchayat and the prescribed price of BREDA was not supplied to the panchayat prior to the actual purchase.
Considering the nature of accusation and the petitioner being a lady, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20205 of 2015 (2) dt.30-04-2015 2/2 furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Charpokhari P.S. Case No.195 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
