JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 08-09-2017 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Hasanpur P.S. Case No. 256 of 2016 registered for the offence punishable under sections 341, 323, 447, 448, 379, 354, 427, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that there is case and counter case between the parties. Allegations levelled are general and omnibus and nothing specific has been alleged against these petitioners. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the

No.35217 of 2017(3) dt.08-09-2017 2/2 submissions of advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate III, Rosera in connection with Hasanpur P.S. Case No. 256 of 2016 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
