2. This writ petition has been filed for the following relief(s):- "A. For directing the Respondent Authorities for eliminating and omitting the wrongly and excess quantity of food grains uploaded onto the Petitioner's EPOS Machine

Patna High Court CWJC No.13112 of 2024(3) dt.18-12-2024 2/3 No. 12220200191 which neither any S.I.O. has been issued nor the Petitioner has received the said food grain.

B. Update the Petitioner EPOS mahine No. 12220200191 as per the stock received by petitioner and distribute the same amongst the beneficiaries and provide the margin money is yet to be paid to the Petitioner. C. Further to restore and make the allotment for the Petitioner's Shop and also continues the monthly allotment as per the consumer tagged with the petitioner's Shop as before."

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has stated that the petitioner is not being given the foodgrains as the EPOS machine showing excess quantity. Learned counsel has stated that though the petitioner has brought to the notice of the authorities for correction of the EPOS machine, the authorities have till date not taken any action. Learned counsel has, therefore, prayed this Hon'ble Court to direct the concerned official to verify the EPOS machine and correct the discrepancy.

4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents State has stated that the petitioner may be directed to give a representation to the Sub Divisional Officer, Balia, Begusarai (Bihar) Respondent No. 8 and the same shall be

Having regard to same, the petitioner is directed to give a representation ventilating his grievances to the Sub Divisional Officer, Balia, Begusarai (Bihar) Respondent No. 8 within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of this order. On such receipt of the representation being given, the concerned Sub Divisional Officer shall verify the grievance of the petitioner and if the same is found to be correct, make necessary corrections in the EPOS machine. The entire exercise shall be completed as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the representation made by the petitioner. Any order passed shall be communicated to the parties.

6. With the above directions, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
