Petitioner is apprehending her arrest in connection with Mokamah P.S.Case No.83 of 2018 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 420, 406, 467, 468, 471 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 66 of the I.T. Act. Prosecution case is that from the account of the informant through ATM money has been transferred to the account of the petitioner by some miscreants and as such the petitioner has also been made accused.
Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that she is a govt. servant and the report has also been called for by this Court and the money has been transferred by some unknown person in her account as well as the account has also been seized. A report was also earlier called for from the District Education Officer regarding submission of the leanred
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.7145 of 2019(8) dt.05-09-2019 2/2 counsel for the petitioner that she is a teacher in Kishanganj district, the report also discloses that she is a Assistant Teacher there.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sri Manoj Kumar , J.M. Ist class, Barh in connection with Mokama P.S.Case no.83 of 2018, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure with further condition that she will co-operate the police during the investigation, otherwise her bail bond shall be cancelled.
