This application is for grant of regular bail in connection with Bhagwan Bazar P.S.Case No.447 of 2017for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 447, 341, 323, 324, 307, 354, 504, 506, 114 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code. As per FIR, there is general allegation against the petitioner and other accused persons of assault to the informant, who succumbed to the injuries later on. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that there is counter case and the occurrence took place In the scuffle between the parties and he is in custody since 1.11.2017.

Heard learned A.P.P. and the learned counsel for the informant. .
