Today again on call, no one has appeared.
The petitioner has preferred this application for quashing the order dated 02.07.2014 passed in Complaint Case No.141 of 2014/T.R. No.898 of 2014 by learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Biraul at Benipur.
As per the prosecution story, the opposite party no.2 has alleged that she was married to the petitioner but for demand of dowry was mentally and physically tortured and earlier a case was instituted which ended in a compromise but when she returned to her matrimonial home after an year once
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.15238 of 2015(5) dt.14-02-2023 2/2 again was tortured and thrown out of the house after snatching her articles. Accordingly, the complaint.
The petition was preferred in 2015 and no interim protection was extended to the petitioner as per the order sheets and in that view of the matter lots of water may have flown down the Ganges.
The petition accordingly stands dismissed.
