2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offence under Sections 137(2), 140(3), 103(1), 217, 248(B), 238(a), 61(2), 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023.
3. Petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. Name of the petitioner transpired during course of investigation in the confessional statement of co-accused Hiralal, who stated that the deceased had committed suicide due to matrimonial dispute, but on instruction of this petitioner, who is none else but mother of the deceased, and he (co-accused Hiralal) along with this petitioner removed the dead-body of deceased from the house of this petitioner and thereafter, present F.I.R. was lodged. Petitioner is lady, having clean antecedent, and is in custody since 22.04.2025. Chargesheet has been submitted.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail petition.
5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria in connection with Alauli P.S. Case No. 138 of 2025.
