Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 341, 379, 420, 467, 468 of the I.P.C.

It is alleged that younger son of the informant Anil Sah had taken the share of elder son of the informant Dilip Sah and in that background the accused persons entered into the house of the informant on 18.07.2014 and assaulted the informant and his elder son Dilip Sah and robbed cash, ornaments and other household articles. It is submitted by learned counsel for the

No.15342 of 2015 (2) dt.15-04-2015 2/2 petitioners that petitioners are in-laws family of the son of the informant Anil Sah, the accusation is not specific against them and due to family dispute the accusation has been levelled. Considering the nature of accusation, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa in connection with Sour Bazar P.S. Case No. 360 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
