Petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable u/s 406/420 of the IPC. 3.

Allegation against the petitioner is that he got appointment on the post of Special Survey Amin on the basis of forged certificates.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is quite innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. No such occurrence in the manner as alleged has taken place. The petitioner had got valid certificate. It is further submitted that the appointment of the petitioner has already been cancelled. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent and several similarly situated co-accused have been granted

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.61766 of 2023(2) dt.17-10-2023 2/2 anticipatory bail by co-ordinate Benches of this Court, which orders are enclosed at Annexures-2, 3 and 4.

Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for bail. 6.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, since similarly situated co-accused have been granted bail, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/Successor Court in connection with K. Hat P.S. Case No.254 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Anjani Kumar Sharan, J) pallavi/- U T
