2. The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Begusarai Nagar P.S. Case No. 208 of 2024 registered for offences under Sections 302, 120B, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner along with other co-accused persons are alleged to have assaulted the victim and during treatment the victim died. Petitioner is the mother of one of the co-accused Chotu Sah who have participated in the killing of the deceased.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is quite innocent and has not committed any offence. Petitioner is a lady and no specific overt act has been attributed

5. Learned APP for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the fact that petitioner is a lady, this application for anticipatory bail is allowed.

7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above-named, in the event of her arrest or surrender within four weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai/concerned court below in connection with Begusarai Town P.S. Case No. 208 of 2024 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
