JUSTICE JITENDRA MOHAN SHARMA ORAL ORDER 15-01-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel representing the State.

Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Alauli P.S. Case No. 24 of 2014 registered for the offence punishable under Section 379 Indian Penal Code. From perusal of the impugned order it reveals that the learned Sessions Judge has noticed that this petitioner and the co-accused Rajesh Kumar were seen with carrying the said motorcycle and the petitioner is evading his arrest. In the facts and circumstances stated above, this Court is not persuaded to grant privilege of pre-arrest bail to the petitioner above named, accordingly, his such prayer stands rejected.

However, in case and if so advised, the
