The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 447, 323, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3(1) (x) of the S.C./S.T.(Prevention of Atrocities) Act. The prosecution case is that the informant was returning home on 19.09.2015, when petitioner no. 1, Exin-charge of the school assaulted and abused the informant by calling caste name.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that petitioner no. 1, who was Headmaster of the school assaulted and now has retired, since they made complaint with regard to irregularities committed by the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.24545 of 2016 (2) dt.31-05-2016 informant in a mid day meal hence, the present case has been lodged. Statement has been made in para-3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge (SC/ST Act), Begusarai in connection with SC/ST P.S. Case No. 28 of 2015, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
