2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 399, 402 of the I.P.C. and Section 25(1-b)a, 25(1)(a), 26, 29(B), 30, 35 of the Arms Act.
3. This is the third attempt of the petitioner for grant of regular bail. Earlier the bail was dismissed twice by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 02.03.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 62254 of 2022 and vide order dated 19.01.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 72248 of 2023.
4. Vide order dated 18.10.2024, a report was called
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.69471 of 2024(4) dt.10-01-2025 2/2 for from the learned Court below regarding the stage of trial and the time likely to be taken in conclusion of the trial. In compliance thereof, a report dated 13.11.2024 has been sent by the learned District and Additional Session Judge-II, Vaishali at Hajipur, which is kept on record. In his report, the learned Judge has, inter alia, stated that the trial is likely to be concluded within period of four to five months.
5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the report of the Trial Court, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on regular bail. The prayer for regular bail of the petitioner is hereby rejected in Connection with Hajipur Town P.S. Case No. 336 of 2020.
