The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 307, 504, 364, 302 and 201 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is a person with clean antecedent and is similarly situated like co-accused Vijay Kumar Yadav, who has been granted anticipatory bail by this Court vide order dated 11.07.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 58817 of 2021. Hence, let the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a

Case No. 120 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
