2. The petitioners seek regular bail in connection with Excise Patna P.S. Case No. 1093 of 2025 for the offence registered under Sections 30 (a) and 56 (b) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act.
3. As per the prosecution case, total 126 litres of foreign liquor recovered from the rented room of the petitioners. It is alleged that the petitioners are involved in illegal trade of liquor.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioners are innocent and have been falsely implicated in this case. They have no concern with the seized liquor. Nothing has

He further submits that the place of recovery does not belong to the petitioners. Petitioners are in jail custody since 07.07.2025. Petitioner no. 1 has no criminal antecedent, however, petitioner no. 2 has one criminal antecedent. Petitioner undertakes to cooperate in the investigation and trial of the case.
5. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions of learned counsel for the parties and period of custody, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned court concerned, Patna, in connection with Excise Patna P.S.
