JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 17-10-2017 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Vijaipur PS Case No. 32 of 2017 registered under Sections 341, 323, 419, 420, 504, 506 and 120(B)/34 of the IPC. The allegation in brief is that the accused persons prepared a forged sale deed with respect to the land belonging to the informant's wife.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is only a witness to the sale deed executed in the year 2016 and it is a case of land dispute and a title suit is also pending between the concerned parties. Devendra Kumar Shukla, who purchased the said land has been admitted to bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court. The petitioner has got no

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Bhola Kharwar in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from today, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of CJM Gopalganj in connection with Vijaipur PS Case No. 32 of 2017 subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
