The petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Udwantnagar P.S. Case No. 38 of 2018 under sections 323, 341, 307, 324, 448, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. As per the prosecution story, the allegation is that as the accuseds were beating their cousin, Satendra Singh and his wife, they went to save him, when it is alleged that this petitioner amongst other, assaulted Rahul on his head by iron rod causing injury to him. Accordingly, the FIR. As per the observation made by the learned Sessions Judge that the said injury of Rahul Kumar was 6"x1/2"bone deep on the frontal region and as per the opinion, the same was found to be grievous in nature.
