2. The petitioner has prayed for bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 341, 323, 325, 307, 379, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per allegation in the FIR, while the informant was returning from Rajendra Nagar to his home, accused persons who were ambushed in way, started to assault the informant by means of iron rod and sticks as a result of which informant got fracture in his arm and leg.

4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case due to village politics and previous grudge. There is case and counter case. Old land dispute is going on between the parties. Petitioner

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.62718 of 2023(2) dt.22-09-2023 2/2 is languishing in judicial custody since 16.6.2023.

5. The application for bail is opposed by learned APP for the State.

6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M, Barh, Patna in connection with Bakhatiyarpur P.S. Case No. 32 of 2023.
