The petitioner is in custody since 18.06.2019 in connection with Marhowrah P.S. Case No. 309 of 2018 for the offence registered under Sections 399, 402 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25 (1-b)a, 26, 27 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the alleged recoveries were not made from his conscious possession and the name of the petitioner has surfaced on the basis of the confessional statement made before the police by the coaccused, Nanhaki Nut, which has no evidentiary value. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and the period of custody, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.
