The petitioner seeks bail in Athmalgola P.S. Case No. 64 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B)/201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The father of the deceased alleged that his daughter was married to one Rahul Kumar two years ago and was killed by her husband and other in-laws.

It is submitted that petitioner is father-in-law of the deceased. Mother-in-law of the deceased has already been granted anticipatory bail and the case of the petitioner stands on similar footing.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of
