In the present case, the petitioner has made a prayer for issuance of writ of mandamus directing the respondents authorities for auditing the account of PACS of Badosar Panchayat, Meskaur, Nawada and for that he has filed an application to the District Magistrate, Nawada but no action has

This Court directs the petitioner to file an application before the Registrar, Co-operative Society, Bihar, Patna, (respondent no. 3) who will give a notice and hearing to the Chairman of PACS and would ensure proper auditing of the account of the PACS preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of a copy of this order. If the report of Auditor reflects either anomalies in maintaining account or committed financial irregularity, proper action would be taken against the Chairman of the PACS. With the above observation, this writ application stands disposed of.
