====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 07-11-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.

2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 103(1), 238 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. Prosecution case, in brief, is that on 04.07.2025 at about 5 PM, son of the informant went to the house of F.I.R. named accused persons to demand Rs. 30,000/- which was earlier given to them but he did not return. Informant suspects that the F.I.R. named accused persons killed her son due to money dispute.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. Informant is not an eye witness of the alleged occurrence and only suspicion has been raised against the petitioner in the F.I.R.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.61130 of 2025(3) dt.07-11-2025 2/2 because of money dispute. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail application.

Considering backdrop of the case, nature of accusation and clean antecedent, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioner in the event of her arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bailbond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria in connection with Gogari P. S. Case No. 163 of 2025, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
