2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief/s:

(i) for review of the order dated 25.03.2021 passed in C.W.J.C. No.3778 of 2021 (Giridhar Gopal Singh and Another Vs. The State of Bihar and others) by which the writ application was allowed, and a direction was issued to extend the benefit to the original writ petitionersrespondents herein in the light of judgement rendered in L.P.A. No. 716 of 2017 dated 12.12.2017 (Page 126 of the writ application) read with the Resolution No. 4691 dated

Patna High Court C. REV. No.179 of 2021(4) dt.03-07-2025 2/2 14.09.2020 (Page 146 of the writ application).

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the order dated 25.03.2021 passed in CWJC No. 3778 of 2021 is without appreciation of facts on record. He further submits that the writ Court disposed of the writ petition relying on the judgment dated 12.12.2017 passed in LPA No. 716 of 2017 and directed the respondents to follow the judgment of the Division Bench as well as resolution dated 14.09.2020 and extend the benefits to the petitioners. The submission is that judgment of the Division Bench is not applicable in the present case and therefore, this review application may be allowed.

4. On perusal of the impugned order dated 25.3.2021 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 3378 of 2021, this Court does not find any infirmity in the order passed by the Writ Court. The order has been passed following the judgment of the Division Bench and nothing has been brought forward to show how it is not applicable in the present case. The petitioners have not made out any fresh ground to review the order passed by the Writ Court.
