2. The present writ petition has been preferred for the following relief(s):

for issuance of a writ of certiorari or any other appropriate writ/order/ direction commanding State Respondents Authorities to open the lock from the Holding No. 353 belonging to petitioner, which has been locked by the Respondent No.6 illegally and forcefully behind the back

Patna High Court CWJC No.5865 of 2015(3) dt.07-07-2025 2/2 of petitioner, in compliance of an order passed in favour of private Respondent No.7 and 8 by Respondent No.5 with respect to Holding No. 352 and for grant of any other suitable relief/reliefs for which petitioner is found entitled in the eye of law.

3. This Court has gone through the counter affidavit filed on behalf of the Circle Officer, Siwan, Sadar, copy of which was duly served upon the learned counsel for the petitioner on 01.09.2015. In paragraph 4 of the said affidavit, it has been recorded that no action has been taken in respect of the Holding No. 353 and the statement in this regard by the petitioner is/are merely allegation.

4. As recorded, the copy of the counter affidavit was served upon the petitioner ten years ago, not stands rebutted, accepting the words of the Circle Officer, Siwan, Sadar, the writ petition is dismissed.
