Petitioner seeks bail in connection with K. Hat (Madhubani) P.S. Case No. 633 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under sections 420, 379, 427, 506, 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. The dispute involved between the parties is purely civil in nature. The present first information report has been lodged after 9 days of the alleged occurrence without there being any plausible explanation for the delay. Petitioner is in custody since 24.06.2019.

Hat (Madhubani) P.S. Case No. 633 of 2018.
