The petitioner has approached this Court seeking a direction upon the concerned respondents to extend all the consequential benefits to him, from the date of his termination till the date of his reinstatement, in the light of the order passed by a Bench of this Court in CWJC No. 427 of 2016, as also the decision rendered by a learned Division Bench of this Court in LPA No. 1254 of 2016 and other analogous cases.

3. Learned Advocate for the petitioner submitted that the authorities concerned suspecting the genuineness of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.14776 of 2025 dt.09-09-2025 2/3 training certificate issued from an unrecognized institution, terminated the services of the petitioner along with others, which order was put to challenge in CWJC No. 427 of 2016. Likewise, other similarly situated persons have also challenged the identical order and all these orders have been set-aside by a Bench of this Court vide order dated 21.09.2023, the copies of which is placed on record as Annexure-3 to the writ petition. The aforesaid writ petition came to be disposed off in the light of LPA No. 1254 of 2016. Despite the reinstatement of the petitioner and others, when they have not been allowed the consequential benefits as well as the salary for the interregnum period, some of the persons have approached this Court in different writ petitions and they have been allowed the financial benefits for the period they remained ousted from the service. To support the aforesaid contention, office order as contained in Memo No. 8285 dated 18.09.2024 has been brought on record as Annexure-P/7.

4. Learned Advocate for the State submits that the matter is required to be looked into by the authorities concerned, as to whether the claim of the petitioner is identical to those or not.

5. Having considered the submissions set-forth by

Patna High Court CWJC No.14776 of 2025 dt.09-09-2025 3/3 learned Advocate for the respective parties, this Court direct the District Program Officer (Establishment), Patna to consider the claim of the petitioner, for which he has also requested by filing representation, the copy of which is placed on record as Annexure-P/8, preferably within a period of twelve weeks, from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

6. It is made clear that, in case the claim of the petitioner finds favour and identical to those, with whom he is seeking parity in terms with Annexure-P/7, the consequential benefits must be accorded to him, within the stipulated period.

7. The writ petition stands disposed off.
