The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Supaul SC/ST P.S. Case no. 33/2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 379, 354, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and 3(1)(X)(XI) SC/ST Act.

The informant made allegation that the petitioner was eve-teasing his minor daughter while she was returning after taking coaching and also pushed her and when the informant went to complain the accused persons assaulted the informant by abusing her caste name.

It is submitted that the case has been compromised.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14994 of 2015 (2) dt.12-05-2015 2/2 Considering the facts aforesaid and nature of allegation made against the petitioner, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner above named on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.

However, the petitioner, if so advised, may surrender before the court below within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order and pray for regular bail and his prayer shall be considered on its own merit without being prejudiced by this order.
