ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 21-05-2015 The Petitioners seek quashing of the order dated 3.3.2015, by which the Sessions Judge, Jamui has refused to discharge the Petitioners in S.T. No.208 of 2014 arising out of Malaypur P.S. case No.29 of 2012.

Having considered the facts of the case, I find no merit in the application.

The same is dismissed.

The Trial Court is directed to conclude the trial expeditiously without granting unnecessary adjournments to any party, for which reason he shall send a list of the witnesses fixing specific dates for

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.15048 of 2015 dt.21-05-2015 each witness for their examination along with a copy of this order to the S.P., Jamui, who is directed to ensure the attendance of the witnesses on the date fixed by the Trial Court so that there is no further delay in the trial.
