This application has been filed to modify the order dated 09-10-2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 27332 of 2018 by which the petitioners were allowed anticipatory bail but they failed to surrender in the court below within the stipulated time. Accordingly, order dated 09-10-2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 27332 of 2018 is modified to the extent that time for surrender of the petitioners is further extended for six weeks from today. All the other conditions will remain the same as mentioned in the order dated 09-10-2018 passed in Cr. Misc.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6896 of 2019(2) dt.19-02-2019 2/2 No. 27332 of 2018.

Accordingly, this modification application is disposed of.
