1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The present Cr. Misc. Application has been filed for cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to the opposite party nos.2, 3 & 4 by the learned 2nd Additional Sessions Judge, Sitamarhi vide order dated 21.06.2024 passed in A.B.P. No.899 of 2024.

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this case may be disposed of with direction to the learned Trial Court to expedite the disposal of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.68527 of 2024(3) dt.08-12-2025 2/2 the trial and the petitioner shall also co-operate before the learned Trial Court for early disposal of the trial in connection with Panaura P.S. Case No.61 of 2024.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has no objection to this prayer of the petitioner.

5. In view of the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, the present Cr. Misc. Application stands disposed of with direction to the learned Trial Court to take steps for early disposal of the trial in connection with Panaura P.S. Case No.61 of 2024.
