2. This application has been filed for quashing of the order dated 02.11.2020 passed by learned S.D.J.M, Ara at Bhojpur in connection with Bihiya P.S. Case No. 179 of 2019 registered for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 504, 506, 420, 498/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the D.P. Act.

3. Mr. Sunil Pathak, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Saket Pathak, learned counsel for the opposite party have jointly submitted that matter has been settled between the parties in mediation proceeding and all the terms and conditions which was agreed between them has been complied.

4. In view of the settlement between the parties, this application is allowed. The impugned order dated 02.11.2020 passed by learned S.D.J.M, Ara at Bhojpur in connection with Bihiya P.S. Case No. 179 of 2019 and all consequential proceedings arising out of aforesaid F.I.R are hereby quashed in the interest of justice.
