2. The petitioners apprehends their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As prosecution case, the allegation against the petitioners along with F.I.R. named co-accused persons that they came to house of the informant and started abusing and assaulted the informant and her daughter by means of lathi and iron blow.
4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case due to village politics. The allegation levelled against these petitioners
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.63223 of 2023(2) dt.19-10-2023 2/2 are not specific rather general and omnibus in nature. Petitioners and informant are next door neighbour. The injury sustained by the injured persons are is simple in nature. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent as mentioned in Para 3 of the bail application.
5. Learned APP for the State opposes prayer for anticipatory bail.
6. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners, be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned lower Court where the case is pending/successor Court in connection with Amapur P.S. Case No. 420 of 2021, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C. (Anjani Kumar Sharan, J) mdrashid/- U T
