2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner was granted bail by this Court vide order dated 19.09.2024 but he was directed to furnish his bail bond after six months from that date.
3. Being aggrieved by the observation of this Court directing the petitioner to furnish his bail bond after six months, the petitioner filed S.L.P. (Crl.) No. 14784 of 2024 in which the Hon'ble Supreme Court directed this Court to hear the matter on merit.

4. The case diary was called for which shows that the petitioner has three criminal antecedents and all these were disclosed in paragraph no. 3 of the bail petition which are of similar nature.
5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner did not conceal his criminal antecedents while argument on bail petition before this Court.
6. Considering the above mentioned facts and circumstances, the condition of furnishing of bail bond after six months as observed by this Court vide order dated 19.09.2024 is waived, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 3rd Exclusive Special Excise Court, Saran at Chapra in connection with Sadar Excise P.S. Case No. 125 of 2024, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall co-operate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the Court.
7. Before accepting the bail bond, the learned Court below is directed to verify the criminal antecedent(s) of the petitioner from the Police Stations situated in the Saran District and if it is found that he is involved in any other case except the cases which have been mentioned in
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.65227 of 2024(4) dt.29-11-2024 3/3 para-3 of the bail application, his bail bond shall not be accepted.
8. The Superintendent of Police, Saran and the concerned S.H.O. shall keep a close vigil relating to criminal activity of the petitioner.
