The petitioner is languishing in custody since 3.1.2019 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1B) a, and 26 of the Arms Act. It is alleged that two loaded country made pistol from the possession of the petitioner and one loaded country made pistol from the bag of the petitioner.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has been falsely framed in the present case though he is accused in on other case.

Learned APP submits that the recovery of arms has been made from the possession of the petitioner.

Considering the fact that investigation has already been concluded and the period in custody, let the petitioner

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.62926 of 2019(2) dt.25-10-2019 2/2 above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Patna in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No.2 of 2019.
