2. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Jokihat P.S. Case No. 245 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(A) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. Recovery is of 109.340 litres of illicit foreign liquor.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is a person of two criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 11.07.2024.

5. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named, is directed to furnish bail bond after five months from today and on doing

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.63349 of 2024(2) dt.11-09-2024 2/2 so, the court below shall release the petitioner on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Excise-2, Araria in connection with Jokihat P.S. Case No. 245 of 2024, subject to the following condition:- (i) The petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
