The petitioner is in custody since 06.06.2022 in connection with Khaira P.S. Case No. 338 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3 and 4 of Diyan Act. Considering the nature of allegation levelled against the petitioner and the period of custody, this application is allowed.

Let the petitioner above named be released on bail after framing of charge, if the charge is not framed yet and furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui in connection with Khaira P.S.

The petitioner shall cooperate in the proceedings of the Court below. If the petitioner tries to delay the trial then the Court below is at liberty to pass an appropriate order including the cancellation the bail bonds of the petitioner. The petitioner shall mark his presence in Khaira Police Station, District-Jamui on 1st Sunday of every month, failing which, his bail bonds shall stands cancelled by the Court below.
