JUSTICE MIHIR KUMAR JHA ORAL ORDER 20-05-2015 Having regard to the averments made in this application, learned counsel for the petitioners is allowed to make necessary correction as with regard to the parentage of the petitioner nos. 3, 4 & 5 as also the name of the husband of the petitioner no.6.

It is hereby directed that the name of the father of the petitioner nos. 3, 4 & 5 shall be read as Md. Nayeem Khan in place of Faiyaz Khan and the name of the husband of the petitioner no.6 will be read as Irshad Khan in place of daughter of Irshad Khan.

Consequently, the order of this Court dated 13.3.2015

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14566 of 2015 (2) dt.20-05-2015 in Cr. Misc. No. 38681 of 2014 shall also stand modified to the aforesaid extent as with regard to the parentage and/or husband of the petitioner nos. 3, 4, 5 & 6.

The time for their surrendering while being granted bail as per the aforesaid order is also extended by a further period of four weeks from today.
